1. Sunscreen and skincare products

    Obviously, if there is one thing that you must bring to the beach, that would be sunscreen. Even if you prefer to have a light-skin tone or tanning, sunscreen is indispensable in protecting your skin against the harmful effects of UV rays.
    You should reapply the sunscreen after 2-3 hours, and choose the type that has a high SPF level (Ex. SPF 50+++).

   Don’t forget the bikinis and bathing suits. For girls with slimer figures, you can choose a one piece or longline bikini top; for chubbier girls, you can try a simple, dark-colored bikini that focuses on accentuating the waist.
   Bring your own swimsuit if you can, as hiring one may bring sanitary issues especially for people with sensitive skin.
