Cube Relocations had a requirement for the removal of old furniture and installation of new furniture and fixtures in 460 hotel rooms and club lounges over an eight-phase project. The team were also entrusted to manage and act as liaison between the hotel and the European furniture manufacturers. Cube Relocations collated the correct quantities of furniture and furnishings for each phase of the refurbishment as well as arranged for the collection of the furniture from the European manufacturers.

As the different room types within the Hyatt hotel had to be furnished distinctively and individually, the Cube Relocations team devised a plan to precisely collate the correct quantities of furniture and furnishing for each hotel room.
