The Client
LiPC, a subsidiary of KDI Holdings, is an exclusive membership card provider for a prestigious resort and art complex. The Moving and Storage solutions for Office furniture
The project included hundreds of items, such as desks, chairs, cabinets, and more. The challenge was to find a storage solution that could efficiently handle the large volume of furniture while ensuring its safety and quality.
From the Léman Luxury Apartments – a luxurious building in the centre of HCMC, the furniture was transported to two locations: Moc Gia building to replace old furniture and to Cube Self Storage facility.
The Cube Storage team conducted a free on-site survey at LiPC, thoroughly assessing the quantity, materials, and condition of the furniture to determine the optimal stacking solution.
The Process
First Stop: The Léman Luxury Apartments
Cube Storage used 1-ton vans to transport all office furniture from the basement to the warehouse. At the same time, another van was dispatched to deliver the remaining items to the new location.
By efficiently scheduling the vans and distributing the cargo, Cube helped the customer minimise labour costs.
The movement of furniture items was also carefully calculated to save time and provide more flexibility in loading and unloading.

Second Location: Moc Gia Office Building
Cube efficiently relocated the remaining office furniture from the upper floors of Moc Gia to the ground floor and loaded it onto trucks. Within an hour, all items were sorted and prepared for delivery as per the customer’s specifications. The optimised loading process saved time and maximised vehicle capacity.
Final Destination: Cube Self Storage Facility
Cube’s dedicated team worked diligently to expedite the disassembly process, ensuring a smooth transition. A detailed inventory was conducted for every item before meticulously organising them in Cube’s managed storage facility. By fully utilising the space beneath tables and chairs, we were able to efficiently store a large quantity of furniture.
In order to best preserve the furniture, Cube Self Storage always maintains a clean, dry and controlled environment, shielding them from harmful environmental factors such as direct sunlight. The area is also monitored with strict access control and 24/7 CCTV.
