Cube Relocations has worked alongside the Progressive Media Group on their corporate relocation projects since 2014. The work has taken place across several sites in Central London as well as their Kent office. 

Progressive Media Group is a privately held international group of companies that span media, business information services, technology and communications.

Case Study for 250 Staff Move – Summer 2015

We were tasked with carrying out a phased relocation for 250 staff over 3 weekends in July 2015. Our project manager carried out pre-move meetings and a consistent project team was allocated. Careful planning took place to ensure that the moves ran on time and to budget, with minimal disruption to Progressive’s business.

Prior to the commencement of the move, a specialist packing team was deployed to carry out the sequential packing into crates of bulk filing. 

The first phase had to commence with Progressive’s staff still on site, so great care and stringent health and safety measures had to be observed. 

Large quantities of office furniture were relocated both to the new office premises and to a separate address outside of London. Cube Relocations provided fitters to carry out the dismantling and reassembly of specialist furniture.

The phases ran smoothly, on time and to budget.

Other corporate removal projects we have carried out for Progressive have included:

• Spring 2016
  141 staff across 3 phases in January, and  90 staff across 2 phases in March, between addresses in Central London. System fitters were required to dismantle and reassemble bench system desks.
• Summer 2014
  130 staff across 3 phases between addresses in Central London. A specialist team was required for the third phase to dismantle desks, furniture and server cabinets.
