We recently had the pleasure of helping Mr. and Mrs. San Jay Valk with their bicycle storage solutions here in Ho Chi Minh City. After a two-month cycling journey all the way from Bangkok, through the Mekong Delta, they needed a safe, reliable place to store their sports bikes while they continued their travels around Vietnam by plane.
As dedicated cyclists, finding the right bike storage was a priority. They chose our Cube Self Storage facility in District 7 for a short term storage solution. What truly impressed them, however, was our commitment to service.
Flexibility and Trust at Cube Self Storage
When Mr. and Mrs. San Jay Valk first contacted us, they needed to move in on a Sunday, a day when our District 7 facility is normally closed. We pride ourselves on being flexible and customer-focused, so we made special arrangements to help them move their two sports bikes and some bags in on a Sunday morning. This flexibility was a key factor in their decision.
Their bikes, a significant part of their long adventure, were stored in a secure 1.5 sq. metre managed storage unit. This service offers an extra layer of peace of mind, as only our trained staff have access to the unit.
Mr. and Mrs. San Jay found out about us through an online search for bicycle storage solutions and were delighted with their choice. This was the beginning of a truly positive and hassle-free experience for the travelling couple. After their travels to Da Nang and Hanoi, they returned to our facility to collect their bikes, ready to be disassembled and shipped back to the Netherlands.
